Hours of Service:
Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm (outside these hours by special request)
Saturday and Sunday - By appointment only. Weekend availability cannot be guaranteed.
Please call us to book at least a week in advance so that you can get the dates you are requesting.
On your first initial consultation you will be required to fill out an information sheet stating some important information about your dog. This consultation occurs before booking your pet and it gives you the opportunity to ask questions and for our staff to bond with your pet so you and your pet feel comfortable with us.
We may not choose to service your dog if we feel it is not our best interest due to safety or health reasons.
We accept cash, cheque, E-mail money transfer (any cheques that come up N.S.F. , clients will be charged $25)
Payments for services are made on a weekly bases. Late fees apply if payments are more than 2 days late. Late fees are $5/week.

Do you find your dog is full of energy when you get home from work? Every dog needs exercise. When they don't, they sometimes find other ways to let out their bottled up energy. It is in a dog's nature to do things like chew, dig, and bark if they are lonely or not exercised.
Fit For A Dog provides the opportunity to let your dog get the exercise he or she deserves. We provide daily exercise, companionship, and fun so that your dog won't fall into any unwanted behaviours. Exercising each day reduces stress and anxiety for both you and your pet.
We offer many different dog walking packages. We cater to each individual dog's needs. Please call for our rates for your particular situation. We can give you a quote to fit your circumstances.
With each visit or walk we include pick up and drop off at your home or office, we top up the water bowl, towel them dry if we went on a wet walk, and we give them lots of love. Our dog walkers always carry a cell phone incase of an emergency.

Group walks are an option and if requested, we will try to get your dog in a group that day. It all depends on each day whether we can form a group or not.
We do not do "regular" weekend walks. We can not guarantee weekend availability. Weekend walks must be booked at least a week in advance. We will try to accommodate as best we can to help you out. Weekend and holiday pricing will be different than regular weekday rates.
House Visits (Puppy/Dog visits, Cat visits, Plant visits)

If you find that your dog is nervous around other dogs, you don't like the idea of a kennel because your dog is more comfortable at home, or your dog is elderly and needs one on one attention, then house visits while you're away may be what you're looking for.
House visits include a variety of different services. We include play time, bathroom breaks, refreshing water bowls, feeding, and will water up to 6 indoor plants for free if required.
We also offer cat visits which includes the same services and we will clean cat litter.
Our visits are usually 15 minutes. If you would like the visits to be longer, you pay according to the time you would like.
We can come multiple times a day at an additional cost.
