Q: I have a snake, will you feed him while I'm gone?

A: We mostly specialize in cats and dogs and we are not insured to handle/feed exotic animals.

Q: Will you let my cat out when you come to visit her while I'm gone?

A: Cats are difficult to let out because there is no guarantee when they will come back. Our house visits are usually around 20 minutes and your cat may not return in that time. But, if it is something you require, you will have to sign an agreement stating that if the cat does not return in the 20 minutes we are in your home, she/he will not come back in until we return the next day or until you return home (depending on the situation). We are not held responsible for any cats who do not come home, get hurt, sick, or anything tragic while they are in our care.
